SPCC 40 CFR 112

The Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Rule prevents facilities from discharging oil into the nation's waters. Facilities must utilize secondary containment measures, proactively prevent oil spills and plan for rapid oil spill response.

Risk Management Plans

Facilities with threshold quantities of hazardous chemicals must assess their processes and establish a program to safely manage those processes and chemicals. Plans must focus on proper operating procedures as well as emergency response procedures.
